Poor excuse for being a courier company

These couriers was suppose to deliver my credit card on Friday between 8-10. They showed up half an hour late. I had to leave and all the driver said was "sorry for the inconvenience". It took me another 9 calls to get hold of a supervisor, not a consultant , and told them my story. They then made a plan to deliver my card on Saturday morning, which they did, but never clear my card, in order for me to use it. It is now Sunday and I still cannot use my card. I found it difficult that Standard Bank associate them with these couriers, because they are late, difficult to get hold off and I only do half a job. Please stay away from them.
