Poor delivery service

Honestly cannot believe the utterly useless service from the CDC driver. I saw a missed call from an unidentified number when I called back she (driver) **** about having been outside my house as there were 2 of us literally in the driveway during the time of the missed call and we saw nothing/nobody. I then explained to her that I need the card today as I have things to do and aren’t available due to travel (I literally left work early for this). Then I offered to meet her in the area as she mentioned she was still around but she told me that she was at the local hospital (not sure if this was business or for personal reasons) and would call me when she’s done there. Who know now when I’ll receive my card
