Poor customer service which no one use they're service they don't even deserve a rating 😡😡😡

Bro won't even recommend it to anyone not even my enemy bro this service here is very bad was supposed to received a parcel from them of which I ordered from rain on Sunday and they were supposed to delivered my parcel today this morning they phoned me and told me that my parcel is still in Johannesburg but yesterday I've received a massage yesterday that I'll receive my package today guess what they rescheduled it to next week a whole ***ING two weeks bruh for a parcel which was supposed to be here in 3-working days...This is also my first time with the CCD couriers and today I was supposed to be a happy client but no and at the end of all of this I still need to pay for those ***ING services of rain of which I haven't even used poor ****ing service
