Poor customer service, false promises
<p>After a lenghty conversation with both Standard Bank and CCD, a new instruction was sent for my card to be delivered the next day. According to CCD they never received the instruction and opted to shred the card less than 24 hours after the new instruction was sent. Even after an agent guaranteed me that the card would not be shredded. Now I have to order a new card, this time I will collect it from the branch. Lets hope CCD is not waiting there for me with a shredder.</p>
