Poor customer service
I recently opened a data package contract but when the courier company that use was at my place to deliver my route and data simcards.They refuse to give it to me and made some excuse rearing my ID and certified ID copy and this set me back with the person I had bought it for and now my marriage is at risk because my partner thinks I am a **** and I now I m paying for something that is not in my possession.Vuvu from Port Elizabeth and Elona the delivery guy was rude to me.

My receipt no. tht I recieve via my whatsapp on my phone is as follows ***. Just tell Elona to rive back to the suburb that I live in and grew up in that has herotel fire that I use to bring back my rain router and its simcards or better yet tell rain that I no longer require their service and will rather put my partner on a Fibre line rather.
