Poor customer service.

"Capitec Business: CCD Couriers couldn't deliver your Debit Card because you weren't available. To reschedule, call ***." For the third this is what ccd couriers does. When I called them today at 3:40 the call centre Lady said I should wait till after 4 to complain about my delivery that I saw was clearly not going to be delivered between 2 and 4. As they stated. After on Monday they claim their driver arrived at my house to deliver. Never bothered to call or knock at the gate or even hoot to indicate for someone to check even though I diliberately left front door opened.

Now their sms is instructing me to call them to reschedule for the third time. I am not going to do that but will call Capitec bank and cancel their business card because if they could employ this company with such poor service to serve me then they clearly don't need me to be their customer at all.

I would never use CCD COURIERS ever and anyone who ever hired them in my company would get fired. You guys are bad service provide straight.
