Poor customer service and unprofessionalism

Very bad experience

I’m writing to launch a complain abou CCD couriers. I’m very upset about their poor customer service regarding my delivery for Rain router. They had to deliver the router on the 20th of February and the driver had an issue finding our address the decided to organize meet up immediately to where he was, when i arrived he decided to cancel, drop the call and he said he’ll come Monday (23 feb). On Monday he calls around 8am to cancel again, he says he will deliver on the 4th of March. I’m so disappointed and he had so much attitude and unprofessionalism🚮
