POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
This company received my package already on Tuesday last week till to date haven't received tracking number, i have sent them an email but haven't received feedback. The call center agent are rude and not willing to help. i called and i was told that my package will be delivered today and i called with no answer today. im driver and i postponed trips today, so that i can collect the card but from what im getting it seems like i wont be getting it today.

12 Aug 2024, 14:22I cant just sit and wait for confirmation from them, i need to be able to track the parcel so that i can make necessary arrangement for collection. i didn't do my work today and me waiting for confirmation is not working for me. thanks
