Poor customer service

Terrible service received from this courier company. First of all, when they were supposed to deliver my Rain sim cards, they arranged a date and time to deliver but did not stick to the time. Then the driver called me to tell me that he is at my delivery address. I told him that he is late, and I am not available. He was clearly upset with me although he was the one that arrived at the incorrect time. He told me to reschedule which I did for the next day. Of course, they arrive at the incorrect time again the next day as well, this time being early. This time, I am on my way to the shops and have to turn around to meet the driver. I ask the driver to wait 10 minutes and he tells me that he cannot wait. I explain to him that it is his fault for arriving at the incorrect time, but he clearly does not care. I call the call centre while on my way back to meet the driver and basically had to plead with them for the driver to wait, which he did in the end.

Today, I receive a call from the CCD call centre to arrange for a pickup on behalf of Rain, they tell me that they have scheduled for collection of my Rain 5G CPE for tomorrow. I explain to the agent that it wont be possible as the Router is mounted outdoors on a roof and I would need more time. I also work till late and I work weekends sometime, So I say to him if they want they can collect it on a weekend. He tells me, with a very bad attitude, that they do not work on weekends. I then say to him that I cannot get on the roof at night and risk my safety in order to please Rain as the reason I canceled with Rain is their poor service, if they want their router, they can make a plan. The agent eventually agreed to call me on Monday to see if I managed to take the router down. He then dropped the call without bothering to say goodbye.
