Poor customer service

For 2 days I have been trying telephonically to get through to the cape Town branch with no success on which I sent an email with no response from them I have app**** for a credit card with absa and I was told that cc'd couriers will get in contact with me to arrange delivery day on which I'm still waiting.and if you Google them there is not enough information they provide
