Poor Courier Company and Poor Processes (not client friendly)

Must be the most unstructured and unorganized courier company I have dealt with. FNB your brand is badly being affected by this “partner” of choice. Asked for a specific delivery date for my credit card to be delivered, could not provide me one if I don’t pay a special fee, second option was to collect at their Randburg depo, first couldn’t find me on the system and then been waiting almost 50 min and the lady is still in the collection room with my ID. Obviously POOR POOR POOR system and processes they have in place. The lady at reception was at least professional and good. Don’t know how this business can be sustainable. Maybe invest in optimizing your processes and service!
