Poor communication and missed delivery commitment
I was advised by CCD Courier that my card would be delivered on Friday. Friday came and went, and as of Tuesday, I still have not received my card.
What is particularly frustrating is the lack of communication regarding the delay. If a delivery cannot be made on the promised date, customers should at least be informed and given a realistic updated delivery date.
I understand that delays can happen, but the communication and follow-up have been disappointing. I am still waiting for my card and would appreciate better communication and accountability from CCD Courier.
