Poor Communication
I received a call on the Monday to confirm my details and that I would receive my bank card in 3-5 days. On Thursday evening I received an sms saying that my card would be delivered the following day. I received another sms the following morning to inform me my card would be delivered between 8 and 4. I stayed at work until after 5 - no Card.
I am then sent an email today (Monday Morning) informing me that they have been unable to contact me and that I should give their offices a call - which seemed odd to me as I had no missed calls nor any prior emails. But I decide to phone them and follow up - No answer.
So now I am sitting without my bank card and without any idea as to when it will be delivered. Very poor communication on CCD Couriers' Part.
