Poor CCD Courier service
They don't even deserve one star. I was informed that CCD Couriers would make a delivery on an arranged date. I cancelled all my appointment to be home for the delivery. After 4:00 PM I received a SMS saying I could occur additional cost as a result of my unavailability. What utterly nonsense. I don't understand how a huge bank group could make use of a courier with a 2.1 rating.
