Please no

It is a very stressful experience, time wasters, unprofessional, worst delivery service first time waited for 2 weeks, now the back and 4 waisting my money and time I went on leave and they told me they can not deliver at my home so then I went to work just to get the package, on the day of delivery they called but unfortunately I could not at that moment answer so what happen is I called back and asked why did they not came to the door like previously they said they could not leave the car 🤔 but are in the same secure environment like last time. So I go back the next day to work like they told between 8 till 10 I called beforehand and now they telling they are try sorting it out to deliver at home. WHAT!? A very Big no go....
