Please FNB use a courier that actually is competent

OMW what an absoluut disgrace of a company.......

Called me on monday for a delivery to be arranged great all good, called them thos morning TWICE hehe guess what they can not find my del8very on the system. I asked to speak to a manager oh and now they find my profile...... hehe funny right oh and stated rhat the delivery will take place between 8 and 10 am well oops it was already 10:30. No she will phone the driver to find out and call me back an hour later still no call.

Called again. And they stated rhe driver called me after 9am no he has not as I was home and would have heard the bakkie or car as always.....

Useless I tell you. Useless.
