I have received a call from CCD informing me my FNB card will be delivered on the 18th of Jan 2024 withing 15 min. This never happened. On the 19th i got a mail stating new delivery for my FNB card will be in 5 to 7 working days. After calling them and escalating the matter on the 19th i got no feedback. Today the 26th i call again and ask what is going on with the delivery of my card, only to be informed that they don't have any delivery details or even worked on the escalation. Worst courier serves ever.
