Picture But No Delivery

I had an appointment for deliver Scheduled between 8:00 - 10:00 on 22 November 2019. The Courier ( Brain Paulse ) of your company had time to took a picture of the building but didn't walk up to the door to deliver my package. We all was inside with a presentation but according to him we he wasn't able to find the building/ our place of work. The call centre scheduled a second appointment for delivery between before 13H00 but i received a call form Vicky at 12H45 telling me that Brain inform them that he will not make delivery.
