Pathetic, unprofessional and inconsiderate

CCD is the designated courier for the delivery of FNB cards. Despite arrangements being made for delivery times ( to allow for persons working from home and needing to be in meetings) these arrangements are ignored. I would suggest to FNB to change their business partner as I, for one, will certainly be changing my bank as this experience is simply too frustrating. These delivery arrangements are the most pathetic, unprofessional and inconsiderate I have experienced in a very long time. Very, very, very unhappy FNB client. I begrudgingly award a 1-star rating - negative 10 would be more appropriate
