Pathetic Service provider

My Wife Received this message from CCD Couriers after they where supposed to deliver our Bank Card Today. FNB:-) CCD Couriers were not able to deliver your Premier Debit Card due to your unavailability .Call *** With Ref FRB*** to re-schedule. Delivery fees may apply .FNB-Div of FRB LTD.

Not Once did they Phone My wife to say that they are at the gate or on their way or what so ever. She is at home the whole day, now they want me to pay "Delivery fees" because of theire lack of comunication. And if it is because of the fact that they delivered it at my old address. It is not my fault either as we changed the address and the consultant at FNB said that they would relay and confirm the new address with the couriers.
