Pathetic service from courier company

This courier company is pathetic, I don't know why FNB use them as a delivery service. They clearly do not have any form of tracking device on their courier's vehicles as they have no clue as to where their couriers are at any given time. All they say is the delivery will take place between 8am and 4pm - really. As a courier company, whose primary function is delivering items, surely you have a schedule of the most productive route for your couriers to follow to deliver items, timeously and cost effectively - the call centre hasn't got a clue as to where their couriers are at any time and has to call them to find out and then follow up with the client. Rediculous to say the least - FNB - find a courier company that is more efficient and reliable or at least has a tracking system so they can inform clients of more accurate expected delivery times
