Pathetic service from CCD Couriers

I am very upset about the most pathetic service delivery I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I am still waiting on my package that was supposed to be delivered last week Friday 25 November and still don’t have it. I’ve been calling and your people keep on saying, it will be delivered but nothing.

It was then scheduled to be delivered yesterday, 29 November and still nothing. When I called, they said it went to Port Elizabeth. Seriously, why is this becoming my problem. I am leaving for Durban on Thursday morning and I want my Rain sim card tomorrow. This is not my problem.

You guys have absolutely pathetic service. I will never make use of you ever again. I also see all the posts on Twitter and it’s a standard thing with you, that you have pathetic service.

I am reporting this to Rain and suggesting that they never make use of your services again. I know we live in a country where service delivery doesn't exist, but you are by far the worst I have ever experienced.

You don't inform your clients of what is going on. You are not delivering on the set times you said you will. Then magically packages disappear and are shipped to another province.

Gosh, how are you still in business?
