Pathetic service from CCD

I’ve received 6 calls from different call center agents to arrange the collection of a Rain wifi router because it does now work. I received an sms confirming collection from CCD. No one showed up to collect and I still keep receiving phone calls to arrange collection and each call center agent can’t see in their system that the collection has been arranged.

Absolutely shoddy service because I need this package collected. Clearly their system does not work.
