Pathetic service form CCD Couriers

I hope I never have to deal with this courier ever in my life. I can’t begin to explain the inconvenience they have caused in Delivering my standard bank card. I hope Standard bank cut ties with them. I was supposed to receive my card on Wednesday, the courier driver arrived after hours, an agent called to reschedule and I gave them my residential address to deliver on friday. To my suprise another agent calls on Friday Morning to reschedule for Next week Tuesday, I explain that I need to get the card urgently, she makes me hold the line then tells me the card will be delivered same day, stayed at home the whole day because they couldn’t give me the exact time of the delivery. Fast forward at 16:00 on friday another agent calls to reschedule. Today its Monday and I have just been called by another agent to schedule for delivery.
