Pathetic Service

They've been in possession of my card for a month and to date no communication. I've called there contact center multiple times and to date no card!

Absolutely pathetic service. The driver has been going out with my card everyday and nobody has bothered to call and confirm address for delivery, even though I've seen them deliver at this very address, multiple times.

If someone can please explain the reason for this please.
