Pathetic service!!!

I am totally frustrated and furious with CCD and the assistance they gave and offer. I was supposed to get my package yesterday the 3rd of October between 10 and 12, at 12 they said the were at the gate but i waited 10 minutes with no one there. I had to leave to town. They then arranged to be here this morning from 8 - 10 only to phone and say they will be here later. upon arrival they asked for proof of address which I showed the original lease contract I have with my landlord and gave them copies of the front page which contains the names and address and also the back page with the relevant signatures. The driver who did not even get out of his vehicle to assist me refused and said they want the full contract? I told him not even the bank requires the full contract as it only contains the agreements such as payment between me and my landlord and is nobodies business. They then persisted that they want the full contract, i told them to take the packet and just leave. I phoned CCD Johannesburg to inquire about this and asked to speak to a manager and i was put on hold. I phoned again and asked a manager to please phone back to sort out this matter and still no one phoned. I wrote them a mail about the whole situation and still no response??

This is most probably the worst service ever that i have experienced in my life!!!!
