Pathetic service

Incredibly pathetic service. They said they would pick up something from me today and have just called to say this will happen in 2-3 days. Mind you, CCD does not indicate what time they will show up. Instead they expect me to be home all day. Now I need to find another day to be home all day to wait for them. What an inconvenience. Very disappointing.
