Pathetic service

received 3 notices regarding specified delivery time. 20 minutes before time expire they call me and tell me delivery wont take place (after I took unpaid leave form work)

So now I have to take another unpaid day (as if costs aren't high enough yet) because of you....

Absolute pathetic service
