Pathetic Service by CCD Couriers

On the 01 September 2024, I received an email that my Rain Sim Card will be delivered by CCD COURIERS today is the 17 September 2023 and I have not received my sim card after I had provided them with my contact number, alternative number and my work address where the sim card should be delivered. This is pathetic service because end of the month Rain will deduct on my bank account for a data that I did not use because CCD Couriers move with a snail pace to deliver my sim card. Rain should now consider of using another courier company
