Pathetic service and lies by CCD COURIERS about delivery of card

My card was supposed to be delivered today between 9 am - 10 am. I sat in my office waiting for my card from FNB till now 1 pm. From about 11;30 i started phoning CCD couriers to find out what happened to the delivery, but 13 calls later and after every call being cut i got tired of phoning CCD couriers (Durban) . I am a FNB private wealth client so i phoned into FNB to see if they can help, so they managed to get hold of CCD somehow and was told that the driver was hijacked with the cards and new cards will have to be rolled out. I thought something was fishy about this so i asked FNB for the number they contacted CCD couriers on. I then proceeded to phone that number and got through only to be told that my card is in Joburg and was not even attempted to be delivered today in Durban. This is the most pathethic unprofessional courier service i have ever dealt with and have no idea how a bank as big as RMB deal with couriers like this. How can you lie about something like this so blatantly. This really puts a bad light on FNB and should be looked into.
