Pathetic service

Useless courier, scheduled delivery for Friday 15th September between 08:00 and 10:00, at 10:00 I receive an SMS about a delay. at 13.36 I am told driver is at a nearby suburb but can't deliver my package because he is delivering elsewhere, like WTH?? what's the point of scheduling delivery when you can't honor the times? you really know how to waste people's times, not impressed.
