Pathetic service

This is the worst courier ever, I was supposed to receive my parcel from FNB last and to this day I have not received received anything, Monday the 16th i received an sms saying that I must expect my card to be delivered, i waited until 15h00 with no communication, i then called to find out where is my delivery and i was told it went to Pretoria North because they couldn't get my address, mind these people came to pick up something from my house for RAIN, they got my address then but now they can't find my address, how pathetic is that, to this day i am still waiting for them to deliver my parcel
