Pathetic service
Their service is absolutely pathetic and they are ***********, we ordered a rain card 🙄 as we were told we would wait 4 to 5 days yet we waited 3 weeks on end . We called them 3 times in a row and each consultant said and I quote " please give us a minute we have a technical issue WE WILL CALL YOU BACK " ends the call the same sentence was repeated each time. From 07:30 Am this morning up to 12 :00 they **** up with your personal details as well as GIVING YOUR CLIENTS MISSED CALLS as well as their have no friendly customer care service and sends sms I quote " RAIN CCD COURIERS HAS BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICES ON *** WITH YOUR REF NUMBER " where we were available at all times after we were told they'd call back
So to conclude CCD IS UNLESS THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN .
Ask for the manager yet the manager lies and doesn't know what is going on with her own staff.
I was informed just after my first review, that my card will be delivered today at 5
The driver was not even an inch near the drop off location and was already *********** and calling me about my location , 2nd of all I was informed that I should make a copy of my ID card and proof of residence , I was on my way back to the location please note driver was waiting there half and hour earlier I have spoken to him over the phone stating that I was in traffic I will meet him shortly he was inpatient and I quot from his words" where are you , can you hurry up i need to go" .
As I arrived at the location he came towards me with and unhappy and not so friendl attitude I presented my papers over to him and he said as I quote " I will need your original ID " I then explained it is at home he must please wait I will go and fetch it and come back. He then left in a white car with 3 to 4 other people as well in his vehicle . Shortly after I received a SMS stating "hi AMANDA you've got rain your Sim has been activated sign in to www.rain.co.za to get started if it's not connecting please restart your device and try again.." knowing I have not received my card as yet
So please sort this out or I DEMAND a refund or someone else to deliver tomorrow morning 8Am sharp no excuse
