Pathetic Service

I ordered a rain device 2 weeks ago and I was sent a link to complete but exceed the limit. I called the call center as per the instructions. I called 5 times and the call was dropped by the consultant every time I called and not a single consultant called back even though I provided my details to them. Eventually after 3 days of trying to get a hold of someone at the call center they assisted.

Today I get delivery and the courier guy that was sent Jonas, we were told by the consultant that the driver would be here at 10:00 am and he arrived early and I mistakenly printed the wrong date for the proof of address and he was rude and stating we wasting time and I explained that I am getting the current Proof of residents but kept on being rude and insulting towards us.

I explained to him that before the drivers used to call to state that they on they way and tells you what documents that need and he should have phoned to stated that he was on his way because not everyone is available at any given time without notice. He stated that we were told that delivery is from 08:00 to 12:00 and he can come anytime between that and does not need to notify us.
