Pathetic Service

2 weeks ago I got a message from CCD arranging a time for delivery of my parcel from Rain. It didn’t come, someone called me to reschedule, on the rescheduled day I called as it hadn’t come. They said they didn’t have the parcel and rescheduled again. Happened 2 more times but I had to call. I even called Rain and they sent me proof the parcel was handed to CCD and said CCD should only arrange when they had it. So I call again yesterday, someone said they’ve escalated and the parcel would come from 2-4pm. Saturday morning I just called. They said sorry let’s reschedule for Tuesday. No escalation was put on the system like the previous person said. And Tuesday is the soonest as there’s no supervisor in today to make a plan for it to come sooner - and no guarantee a supervisor will be in on Monday to get it delivered Monday - so I should just book the Tuesday slot she says - else I might need to wait longer. Absolutely pathetic service - and can’t even call back when promised - I have to call to find out what’s happening.
