PATHETIC SERVICE

I've order a sim from RAIN since 1 October 2022, till today I haven't received my sim. I called on Friday and complained and my item was scheduled for the very same day from 14:00 - 16:00 but the driver came way earlier than that while I was not in the meeting. Pleaded to the guy and he was not sympathetic. Called again yesterday (Monday 10 October2022) and they told me my item was not scheduled for any delivery and theres nothing they can do. I'm glad your calls are recorded to prove all of your incopetancy. Today I was writing my exam and I'm relaying on it and you failing to deliver even today. PATHETIC SERVICE EVER I'm not happy. What did I do to deserve this kind of treatment from your staff?
