Pathetic service

A big minus 100 score for your pathetic service CCD couriers is totally a ****.. I’ve been calling back and fourth trying to determine when exactly am I going to receive my Woolworths parcel. Every agent I talk to seems to have no clue as to how to locate the status of my parcel. Totally unacceptable for a service which they charge for.
