Pathetic Service

so far every experience I had with CCD has been pathetic. they were meant to deliver a FNB card a while back and missed the delivery for 2 days. Now it seems that Discovery uses them as well. They promised me that they will deliver my card at 9am, so I made every effort to be at the office. As usual the driver didn't pitch. I called them at 11:30 and they made a promise that they will be at me by 12am, again completely missed the delivery time that was promised. I hope this gets heard by the guys that use CCD and please fire them. they are pathetic and the most useless delivery service ever used. I don't understand how they can even be in business.<br> Pathetic and useless service
