Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered a card from FNB which uses CCD Couriers to deliver, received an a message saying the card will be delivered between 8-4. Called around 3:45 as no one had delivered the package, spoke to Nokulunga who has no idea what customer service is, said she will call the delivery guy. 20 minutes later I receive a call from the office saying the courier guy needs to speak to me, spoke to the courier guy and informed him I am no longer to collect the deliver as I had left work by 4. Again, I receive a call from the office saying that they will only be able to send the package 3 days later or alternatively I can collect it from their office in Westville. If you're being paid to courier something why should a customer come to your office to pick up the package ?!?

Will defintely be contacting FNB for them to reconsider who they utilise for courier services.
