Pathetic service
This is the worst courier card company I have ever dealt with.
Telephonic arrangements are not kept to. After numerous phone calls to Investec and CCD since the 25th September, CCD finally confirmed to me over the phone on the 1st October that they would deliver both my Investec credit cards on the 2nd October.
A few hours after that confirmation phone call they sent me an SMS message notifying me that they changed the delivery date at their convenience - without so much as a phone call.
I have no idea why a reputable bank such as Investec would continue to work with such a useless service provider.
CCD Couriers bring the good Investec name into disrepute.
