Pathetic service

I am so angry it's beyond me. Such a useless, *********** and disgraceful excuse of a company. I was meant to get my Sim swap request today. The time was between 12 and 2pm. I had my confirmation via whatsapp as well as text. I made arrangements to accept delivery since I am a work. To my shock they called me in the morning and obviously I am at work and couldn't pick up. The second call was towards 11 I answered and guess what they hung up on me. I then called them and requested for a call back and they called. When I asked why my parcel was not delivered I was advised that they called me and I didn't answer, diabolical if you ask me. I answered the call but they dropped it. Next thing I requested for a formal complaint the agent did not want to log it and said they would reschedule, I told him fine but I still want the complaint he still refused and I requested for a manager, to my surprise the call went dead silent.
