Pathetic service

Hi, I have been waiting since friday for call from CCD as per promise to arrange delivery but haven't received call yet. A lady said they have done already 2 attempts so they need to confirm with Capitec for third attempt and its been 5 days now.

Those 2 failed attempts were also canceled by me in advance but still they didn't inform their drivers not to come to me for delivery.

When are you going to deliver my card?
