Pathetic Service
<p>I was scheduled a delivery on Tuesday 28 Feb and two days later i still havent received my goods. The call center is completely hopeless. Standard bank uses them to deliver Istore store cards, I would encourage Standard Bank to move away from this terrible courier company cause this make Standard Bank look bad as well. The worst i have ever come across.</p>

Confirming delivery of your card tomorrow (03-03-2017) between the hours of 08:00 and 10:00.
Please have the following documentation ready upon delivery for FICA and verification purposes(clear copies of both documents required):
- Your original green bar-coded or smart ID card
- Proof of residence in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months. The proof of residence must not be a once off invoice/letter and no document from Standard Bank
