Pathetic, Rude, Lies, Blaming me for their mistakes.

They first of all are rude, they send an sms for you to be available from 8am till 4pm, so my whole day i wait only to hear at 4pm that their vehicle is giving problems. Then we arranged another time a few days later and because i told them i have meetings their system decided i have to be available 8am till 10am. Waited and waited, 9:30 i get a call their vehicle broke down again... i told the lady i left and had to attend meetings of which she then tried to find out if i was available later to which i responded no i am in meetings whole day. i get an sms saying they werent able to deliver due to my unavailability, Whattt????? I then contacted them an confronted them. to no avail. FNB calls me and i tell them my story and they assure me they will use another courier and that they will contact me at least an hour before they deliver. Guess what.. .I received a msg from CCD saying i have to be available on the 25th of September between 8am and 4pm. I HAD ENOUGH!!!!!
