Pathetic Poor Service from CCD Couriers!!!!!!!!

I am at home waiting for CCD for my delivery,

I contacted your call centre a countless times trying to track where the delivery is sitting. I was just told that the delivery came around 10:36 and the agent turn away with my parcel! That is nonsense service! I stay in a complex that has an intercom and security that can assist anyone looking for me and they can guide you how to use the intercom! I took a day from work to receive this parcel and he return with it without any efforts or whatsoever. At the gate, there is security that can get me, there is a intercom that he can dial my unit number for me to open for him/her! Nothing of this sort was done and then they return with my parcel! Why?????????????? This is totally poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!

The worst part is that I have called CCD courriers and their call centre lines are very bad! I have spent over R100 for airtime to waiting long on calls and when I finally get through, the agent on the other side cannot hear me and they keep saying hello! Hello! meaning that I must drop the call and call back again!!!!!

This service is at the bottom of poor service!!!!!!!!

I need my parcel ASAP !!!! I am eagerly waiting for it!!!!!
