PATHETIC LISTENING S****S AND ATTITUDE

I would like to bring it to your attention that one of your call centre agents is extremely rude and was of no assistance to me, I called in earlier to enquire about the delivery and I was told that she cannot help me because that is not the courier department, but she will let the courier department call me back to which I told the agent that my cell phone is not with me so they will not be able to call so she should just put me through to the courier department, I was then put on hold abruptly and when I was taken off hold it was the same lady and when she heard that I was still on the line she hung up…
