Pathetic excuse of a courier company, useless!!

Rain your business are in danger. These are the most unprofessional and useless Couriers I ever dealt with. They cut you off whilst speaking(3 times) keep you on hold for ever. Cannot talk or understand proper English. They cannot comply to their own delivery shedules. Wish I could gave them minus 5 stars. Pathetic
