Pathetic & Disgusting Service - Rain Parcel Not Delivered

The courier company is so unreliable, dishonest and has no respect to their business, my parcel has been scheduled for delivery today between 12;00 to 14:00 1hour 30 Minutes later no delivery , i called and i hear stories like the driver was at my work delivery address and turn back. What kind of services is that , i waited and skipped meetings for that parcel next am told very unconvincing lies that the driver was here. Next thing am told i will be re-routed to the courier manager and my call was cut just like that literally. Next thing i call again luckily find the same lady i spoke with and as soon as i mention my reference number she drops that call.

What kind of a service is this, So unreliable and pathetic. Courier that parcel back to Rain am furious with this absurd behavior and this is not the first time. Sie's maan this is disgusting and unacceptable.
