Pathetic delivery service
Just turn up at my gate unanounced. What happened to call before you deliver? Please note that we do not put our whole day on hold just because you have to deliver a card! The least you could have done is called ahead. FNB should use a delivery company with a better operating procedure. A one star is too much, its a pity I cannot rate you zero stars! Search the reviews on this platform and you will see that I am not the only customer with the same issue.

06 Aug 2022, 07:25Despite the bank’s promise that CCD would contact me, and your private reply stating I would be contacted shortly, no contact has been made with me yesterday. Again, as per my original complaint, you don’t call. Pathetic to say the least!
