Pathetic Customer Services and Broken Promises

Good Day

id like to inform you that the service ive received from your company has been absolutely pathetic!! i have been **** to constantly wasted hundreds of rands of airtime trying to get you guys to deliver on the date you promised, its a week later and at least 50 calls and about 50 broken promises. i am so upset by the way i have been treated unfairly

i am constantly made to hold for 10 minutes for a supervisor before calls are dropped

I have has enough of this pathetic service, no customer should be treated this way!!! with a rand for the amount of promises ive received, i could be a billionaire!
